As a customer-oriented company, GTC strives to improve its customer service everyday. We devote ourselves to analysing our customer’s expectations and our ultimate goal is to not only meet, but also exceed these.

The company provides each customer with an assigned Account Manager. The customer can always turn to this person with any issue and question, either regarding the details of their products or logistics – the Account Manager remains in regular contact with the client.

We have broadened the company – client service to involve all the possible aspects of everyday cooperation with customers. This system is called “the principle of one telephone number and one email address”.

LOGISTIC

Fully understanding the needs of our customers, we intensively work towards planning our production process to ensure the optimal time of delivery.

GTC offers short lead times which can be further improved through cooperation with the Account Manager when the customer requires quicker order realisation. Our production process is overseen by a Production Manager who on a daily basis adjusts the schedule in order to meet the deadlines which our clients have requested.

We believe in the importance of good relations with our clients from start to finish, we have vast flexibility in making adjustments and changes when these are required.

LOGISTIC

Worldwide deliveries

Our logistics structure enables the shipping of goods worldwide. We work according to the International Logistics Term: Incoterms®. The most preferred method of delivery by GTC is based on DAP term, as it’s the most comfortable way for our customers, but also allows GTC to keep full control on the delivery process.

It is part of GTC policy to provide a full service, from concept of product through to delivery. Many years of experience have allowed us to adopt this process, the advantage being that we take full responsibility for the delivery process.
